About the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our levels of customer experience through proactivity, design innovation & knowledge transfer so we can actively demonstrate to our customers how Jigsaw24 not only delivers on contractual obligations and innovates in the sector but also evolves the user experience. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, a strategic mindset, the ability to design, implement, and optimise IT solutions but also possess a passion for innovation and industry trends to differentiate Jigsaw24 from the competition to maintain and grow our position in the market.
Key Purpose of the role:
To own the trajectory for device management in Service, driving industry best practice and new trend adoption (where appropriate). Functional leadership of the Jigsaw24 service, equipping Service Delivery Management and Sales with collateral to win business and expand share of wallet. Reviewing existing Service accounts and new proposals; developing and executing and managing transformation paths for customers.
