Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in delivering our digital activity and strengthening Jigsaw24’s presence in the market. Working closely with the wider marketing team and reporting to the Web and eCommerce Manager, you will help implement the digital marketing strategy that supports the growth of the business. You will work closely with Marketing Campaign Managers and strategic teams, who will brief and guide campaign requirements.

You will support the design, development and ongoing reporting of Jigsaw24’s websites, working with your line manager and third party partners to deliver the required outcomes and maintain a smooth digital experience.

Key duties and responsibilities are:

Digital implementation. You will manage the day to day execution of digital campaigns, track budgets and report on performance across all digital channels. You will maintain our digital platforms and work with the wider marketing and IS teams to ensure our systems support efficient and effective delivery.

Website. You will work with product and solutions teams, your line manager and the wider business to support website updates and development. This includes managing product presentation, profiling, web descriptions, coordinating with external agencies, handling day to day requests and ticketing, and helping to guide ongoing site improvements.

Social. You will post and schedule content across social platforms, using each channel appropriately for B2B audiences. You will support the creation and delivery of targeted campaigns that aim to drive reach, engagement and conversions.

Paid. You will help set up, optimise and report on paid social and paid search activity. A key focus will be maximising ROI through continuous testing, smart budget allocation and data driven optimisation. You will also work with content teams and third parties to support strong SEO performance for key Jigsaw24 content.

Content gathering. You will work with teams across the business to source information, assets and insight needed for effective digital campaigns. This includes collecting product details, customer stories, technical input and subject matter expertise, then shaping these into product pages and digital content that supports generating new logo engagements for Jigsaw24.

Responsible for…

  • Tracking and reporting on performance across all digital platforms, providing regular updates and support self-service access to insight.
  • Managing and maintaining all digital marketing platforms.
  • Working with internal teams and third parties to support day to day web operations and project activity.
  • Advising on and delivering best practice across social, paid activity and SEO, with a focus on maximising ROI from all paid methods.

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience running SEO/SEM marketing campaigns with proven ROI.
  • Experience in optimising web content.
  • Unbeatable knowledge in all major social media platforms (including both paid and unpaid campaigns).
  • Working knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics essential, plus heat-mapping and customer engagement tools).
